Modern Half Leather Binding with French Technique

The last assignment book of French half leather bindings! This means you will finally be getting to see some other stuff from me from now on :) For example, now we are working on whole/full (i don’t know how to say it in english) leather bindings, still French though. Haha :) Can’t wait till next semester…. historic bookbinding!!

A Romantic French binding!

Due to some mistakes it is a little bit difficult to open this, and thereby difficult to photograph since it wants to close itself all the time. I made alot of mistakes along the way. But it’s pretty :)

A french binding! I’m starting to get a hang of marbling. Fun stuff!
